Dods Group Plc appoints Mike Hughes as Chief Information Officer

Dods Group Plc, a leading business intelligence company, announces that Mr Mike Hughes has been appointed to the position of Chief Information Officer of Dods Group Plc with immediate effect.

Mike brings over 30 years' experience of strategically leveraging technology to drive growth across multiple sectors and global regions. He held a range of roles that span IT infrastructure delivery, programme management, data & business insight, agile methodologies, and product and service design, successfully delivering transformative strategies on a global scale for HSBC, [24]7.io Inc., Orange, Sky and Thomas Cook Group, among others.

Mike's extensive expertise in digital and AI technologies, as well as building omni-channel customer platforms, is a key capability that he will bring to the Group. He has a consistent track record in successfully managing complex projects from both technical and operational perspectives to achieve maximum efficiency and optimal delivery.

As the Group CIO, a non-board position, Mike will lead the AI strategy, IT infrastructure and digital product delivery, aligning technical and operational resources to optimise performance.
