18/4/2011 13:18 | I do not see a 110k buy today! | solarno lopez
18/4/2011 12:55 | Doubt it. But Oryx where buying in lots of 250k and the price never budged before declaring their position. Have they bought today? | solarno lopez
18/4/2011 12:42 | There's a buyer accumulating in 100k chunks at 8p - started Wednesday last week and continued today. I wonder if Lord Ashcroft is behind this? Interesting to see if this continues over the next few days.......... | hjfe
05/4/2011 11:52 | From From UK-Analyst.com: Monday 4th April 2011 Brewin Dolphin reiterated its "buy" rating for Dods (DODS), the political information, public affairs and policy communication specialist, with a 11.5p target price. Commenting on 2010 financial year results, the broker said they were broadly in-line with expectations with digital subscription products showing double-digit growth. Looking ahead, Brewin said the group was well positioned to enhance growth through both various organic opportunities and targeted acquisitions. Dods shares fell 0.625p to 8.25p. | cerrito

04/4/2011 18:02 | well he is certainly keeping a low profile !!! | vino
04/4/2011 10:10 | Cerrito, you say that this company is too small to be quoted but a market cap of £12m does not strike me as small. | horace678
04/4/2011 10:01 | That will not happen, although I have an interesting scenarion that could develop for the great benefit of all | solarno lopez
04/4/2011 09:48 | As anticipated given the party conference season and all the new information related publications following the General election a good second half with pre tax profits of £0.7m and strong cash flows.. Four issues The first of course continues to be that this company is too small to remain quoted The second is political income in the first half of 2011 is going to be very slow even if there is a bit more Central Government money around; note Chairman's outlook on civil service facing business. The third is that as they said they have had to invest more in software and in digital content and this is apparent in the £1.2m of investing activity in the second half The fourth is that this is a quiet political year in France and indeed the EU. Will hold what I have and wait for someone to put this company out of its misery as a quoted company. | cerrito
04/4/2011 08:19 | Results are out with the Digital side showing much improvement and cash in the Bank otherwise no real pointers...... | solarno lopez
01/4/2011 14:57 | Just out of interest, do you know him personally, or are you a keen observer? | horace678
01/4/2011 14:56 | I understand your thinking but he is a patient man believe me | solarno lopez
01/4/2011 14:42 | whilst this has been around for sometime it does no harm in re-iterating the information as to why Lord Ashcroft is in DODS. Think of the doyens of the publishing/media industry Lord Ashcroft has the same personna | solarno lopez
01/4/2011 14:32 | This article (from over a year ago now!) seems to indicate what Ashers has up his sleeve: | horace678
01/4/2011 14:27 | Don't worry HE WILL thats for sure | solarno lopez
01/4/2011 14:25 | If Lord Ashcroft can get overall control a company, then the shareholders are on to a winner. He doesn't always get it right where he hasn't got control - in this regard, see Watford Football Club. With Dods, I'm looking forward to Ashcroft doing something fairly soon, as a holding of 26% indicates that he could be in the direction of buying more when the time is right. | horace678
01/4/2011 08:07 | I have continued to have faith in the stock since the arrival of Lord Ashcroft and then the top draw additional directors. It will pay in the future | solarno lopez
31/3/2011 17:16 | HJFe Yes | vino

30/3/2011 17:38 | a couple of Directors are also on RTS board Skinner from RTS is also an ex publisher I wonder if there is a going to be a connection | vino
30/3/2011 13:04 | Any thoughts on why this is moving? Consecutive days of an upward trend. Lord Ashcorft up to something?! | hjfe |
