DJI is not as poxy an outfit as you think.Most of their operations are in China where they have nearly 300 staff.

Anyone ever wondered why a small Tech company based on the first floor of a pretty innocuous building in Knutsford forms a JV with a large Chinese company, which is owned by the Chinese Govt. The Chinese company then says it will put all its transactions through this JV and DJI / BNN will get a small percentage of each transaction value?

It nags me that why couldn't Xinhua just buy this technology off the shelf? Or build it themselves?

Until I see hard cash revenues I remain sceptical

Ok thanks Paul , I appreciate your message , still a little surprised if you think DJI could be a scam or similar why you would of invested at any price even though now you have doubled your money .
I too have been involved in several shares where things have gone wrong even with Board notices and this is why I am keen to hear of new main board appointment and details of new listing .

Charles,
a while ago I had an interest in a share called Geong (GNG) and this was talked up in a frenzy - however one guy called PapalPower was doing exactly what topaz is doing now. Guess who was right - yep despite the brickbats, threats and accusations of being a shorter (he declared he held no shares) he kept on saying - erm this is a scam. Before you know it they will do the same.

They are starting to convolute the structure - and next things you know heavy discounts will start to be paid, debtor days will go through the roof and loans made to 'sister organisations (owned by board members) .

Just make sure you have a decent stop loss in place. And before you ask - yes I hold and got in at £0.877932 (88p). But I don't want to see people being suckered in and think some boards could do with a reality check and the occasional bear ain't a bad thing. Best of luck with you investment.

Must admit I feel much more at ease now after talking to Scott Kennedy on the phone.He didnt give me any BS,answered my questions clearly and honestly and gave an excellent overview of their strategic direction.

Dont worry,Nasdaq listing application will definitely go in soon after Oct7 as indicated by the company.

Topaz, can you not appreciate though that sometimes things don't go to plan. Obviously the nasdaq delay is not ideal but this is a fairly big thing and they have to get it right. I appreciate your point on how one may perceive this as hot air. However in my opinion what i believe you are fundamentally failing to appreciate is the outstanding relationships this company is making. You go on about competition and us being far behind but every industry has competition. The enormity of this industry is incomprehensible and I really do suggest you re think your investment strategy in the near future as I genuinely believe from the bottom of my heart that this business is going places.

charles, my grudge is that so many promises are being broken as they go along, I think that on AIM these things should be pointed out swiftly as from experience people are strung along until it is too late. I may of course be wrong, but there has to be a level playing field with all views tolerated, not just optimistic ramps. Sorry if I upset anyone, it was not meant that way but I felt compelled to express the possibility of the whole thing being just hot air.

I am not shorting the stock btw

Topaz ; why are you so worried about us long term holders , I have never heard of someone quite so concerned with others investing .
Here is your chance to come clean and tell the truth on your grudge on this share and clear the table of all the negative messages you continue to send out .

You wouldn't be shortening this stock of course ?

lol topaz fair play. In all seriousness though your negativity is relentless and tiring. We have all made the decision to invest based on what we know about the company and you continuously rambling on about hot air this and false promises that is just aggravating people.

If you have something new and constructive to say then okay but enough of the same old waffle. we get it.

Mercer has been talking about the Nasdaq listing for years now, and promised it in Q3 2016 only very very recently, still nothing to show for it of course, just hot air.

Get out while you can is my advice, don't fall for this name change stuff, you want to tell me that they suddenly decided to change their business model, come on, pull the other one please!

Topaz. I think you are misunderstanding the different market segments that Alipay and TenCent are in. DJI now has a different business plan / strategy to both of them
