In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Dixons Carphone plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 10 September 2019, Alex Baldock was granted options to purchase 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Dixons Carphone Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2013 (the "Shavesave Scheme"). The Sharesave Scheme is an all-employee share plan and executive directors are eligible to participate on the same terms as other eligible employees.
