Cancellation of Sharesave Options

In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Dixons Carphone plc (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 8 February 2018 that Katie Bickerstaffe cancelled options to purchase 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's savings related share option scheme ('Sharesave'). The Sharesave is an all-employee HMRC approved Save As You Earn scheme. Katie Bickerstaffe cancelled her participation in two previous Sharesave schemes to invest in the Company's Sharesave scheme this year.
