04/2/2017 10:14 | He's actually more on the conservative side with his updates and has often cautioned the city about getting carried away. | tim 3
04/2/2017 06:34 | It looks to me like the board are panicking because they have been given the heads up (by some City trolls) that DC. is to be kicked out of FTSE100 in the Mar 2017 reshuffle (cut-off date 28 Feb). That is not entirely bad news because most of the damage to the share price is usually done well in advance of the demotion and, indeed, top-ups a few weeks before the cut-off date often do well because the FTSE250 tracker funds need to start Buying at some point. Reading again through some of the updates and the statements by the CEO Seb James made me cringe a bit. His style could be classified as somewhere between unctuous and saccharine and just maybe he isn't that well received by the City movers and shakers and he could be part of DC's problem...however, I may be entirely wrong about this. In conclusion, it is likely that the implied fears and headwinds associated with BREXIT e.g. higher costs due to weaker pound and inflationary pressures on customers have been overblown so I will be holding and Adding to these for ultimate share price recovery. | nasdaqpat
