Q1 2019 Dividend Exchange Rate
Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells and as well as midstream assets, announced on 13 June 2019 a dividend in respect of the first quarter to 31 March 2019 of 3.42 cents per share ("Q1 2019 Dividend"). The Q1 2019 Dividend will be paid on 27 September 2019 to those shareholders on the register on 6 September 2019.
The Company announces that Shareholders who elected to receive their dividends paid in GBP sterling will receive an equivalent payment of 2.74 pence per share, based on the 19 September 2019 exchange rate of GBP0.8019=US$1.
