FTSE 250 Index Inclusion

Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (LSE: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells and midstream assets, is pleased to announce that FTSE Russell has confirmed that DGO will be admitted into the FTSE 250 Index and the FTSE All-Share Index later this month. The Company's inclusion will be applied after the close of business on Friday, 18 September 2020 and will be effective on Monday, 21 September 2020.

Commenting on the Company's entry into the FTSE 250, CEO , Rusty Hutson , Jr ., said:
