Directors' share purchases
Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), a leading independent US based gas and oil producer, announces that Martin Thomas and David Johnson, both Non-executive Directors of the Company, have today acquired 25,000 and 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively, at a price of 97 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the placing and as announced on 29 June 2018.
Following these purchases, Martin Thomas is interested in a total of 2,075,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.44% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and David Johnson is interested in a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
