CNKS - Cenkos securities increased their dividend 113% this morning :)

Quote; The Board proposes a final dividend of 8.5p per share (2012: 4p per share). This makes a total dividend of 12p for the year (2012: 7.5p).

I do not hold.

LoL, today I was braced for the usual ex div drop on LAD.......not so. Takeover speculation actually increased the share price and created a good demand for the shares. Love it when the market surprises to the up side.

We could do with a breather to let the NAV catch up. One problem is that gervais's parallel OEIC, the Miton UK Multi-Cap Income Fund, has been soft closed to new investment, so his retail fans have discovered DIVI.

Yes, though - with the NAV at 82p and at a low yield - it's now at the highest premium of any conventional income trust, let alone smaller company trusts that are almost all at a discount. There are good reasons for this, of course, given its unusually wide ranging remit - quite apart from the quality of the manager - so fingers crossed.
