(the “Company”)

The Company has declared its first interim dividend in respect of the financial period ending 31 May 2019 of 0.80 pence per ordinary share, payable on 28 February 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 28 December 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 27 December 2018.
