Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces the following Directors' share subscriptions in its recent placing on the same terms as other investors, as disclosed in the circular issued on 14 March 2018:
Peter Allen, Chairman, subscribed for 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Diurnal Group plc ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 190 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction Peter Allen has a total interest of 84,722 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the total voting rights.
Sam Williams, Non-executive Director, subscribed for 5,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 190 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction Sam Williams has a total interest of 52,248 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the total voting rights.
