timbo, that is good to know. Also if price drops below 60p to buy i will be filling up my boots but doubt that will happen

>>>Parvez (and others)

You will be able to apply for an excess and if you do you will definitely get some of them.

Many shareholders will not wish to participate in the open offer and some will be unable to participate due to state aid rules (VCTs) or other rules, so there will be excess shares available.

I had suspected they would need more money at some point, but disappointed they did it now rather than wait until we were closer to 100p. Still it's a positive placing and not too much dilution. Give it a month and when Alkindi sales start in the US and I think it will be behind us...

normal convention would be to go short to the placing price is hit!

I will be taking up my full allocation however extremely disappointed that it is on the basis of only 2 for every 73 held. Its better than nowt i guess

Explains people on the sidelines, whilst I would have preferred 65p,I see this as a positive and allows investors to concentrate on the company products and not worrying about finance.

I was made inside on this placing yesterday morning (indicative placing price was 60 - 65p), although there was no mention of an open offer to accompanying the placing.

The placing did not come with EIS tax breaks (unlike the previous two) so I decided not to participate, but I will take up my allocation and go for a modest excess in the open offer as it seems like a fair discount given the current circumstance, also there will be no dealing charges, so this goes some way to compensate for the absence of EIS.

but only offering 2 paltry placing shares per 73!

as said, we may get near 60p in the market though!!

I too will take up my full allocation on the open offer.
I hope to see heavy director buying here as well, but aside from that, this is a rare occasion where I am fully supportive of a decision for a fund raise, at a discount that is not too steep. In case the share price drifts to mid 50s in the days ahead, I will move some funds around to add more then as well, if needed. GLA.

Good practice to raise money when sentiment is high & the price is double the March placing level...so many AIM companies do the opposite!

Surprised but ok by me too as not a huge discount and can see it will add value.

"Funds raised will be used primarily to support the continued development of the Company's third product, DITEST™ as well as commencing Phase III preparation activities for Chronocort® in the US and progressing the Group's early-stage pipeline."

Nice to see open offer been included it is a slight back track from management when they stated funds through to probability but with the Ditest news it makes sense to speed up development of the most valuable asset.
Like the last placing very refreshing and shows the quality and potential that it’s at a small discount .
Like the previous placing once out of the way would expect a steady climb to new highs for sure

Nothing wrong with this fund raise, not to bad a discount, share holders have a chance to accumulate.

All in all a company that seems to be progressing well.
