Volbeat. Personally brilliant. Try Sad mans tongue, Lola Montez and Live to die.

Morning all you Aging rockers listened to Volbeat and reel big fish last night , both really good.

I think this is quite apt for us all.

Guess we had better talk DNL in office hours though as we might upset the rest of the board. Peace and love Dudes.

I saw Ted Nugent at Manchester Freetrade Hall on his, "If it's too loud you are too old" tour in the late 70's. Also Rainbow at the Manchester Apollo (Cozy Powell on drums doing the 1812 Overture).

Latterly, I saw Muse on their World Drones Tour. Brilliant!

suppose chronocort, if approved for AI sufferers who are also insulin-requiring with diabetes, not such an uncommon combination, might help guard against nocturnal hypos if the steroid levels start rising in the small hours, only problem is quite a few AI sufferers also have malabsorption due to coeliac. AI on its own can also create hypos but not usually so severe so anything that might more closely recapitulate the physiological diurnal rhythm is to be welcomed.
has there been any press coverage in the last 2 days?

Rock City Notts is a banging venue. Saw Whitesnake outdoors in the Botanical Gardens Singapore in 2012. David Coverdale such a cool dude.

I’m semi retired at 52 on a good Army pension and dividends from my two companies. I tried full time but was bored after three months so came back part time. Spend my time doing concerts and watching live sport. This year I’ll be watching the Chicago bears if all goes well and planning to watch Lions in South Africa but not holding my breath.

I could retire now if i wanted a reduced income, but would be sooo bored, no concerts etc and plus if i am still alive at 67 would get bored easy, i have OCD like our mate AIM.

Yeah if you can RA do it.

Shrewd forgot two ska band i saw in Cardiff top rank, The beat and the Specials.

Our Cardiff High school band are mainly a Ska group we all go to see them every year around Chrimbo all their gigs are for charity, last gig before the lockdown they supported The Jam all went to charity.
