Further to the announcements released by the Company on 21 August 2020 Gavin Morris (a director of the Company) has completed the transfer of two tranches of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") as follows:
- 85,407 Shares were sold by Gavin Morris to Watrium AS on 25 August 2020 (the proceeds of which were used to fund the repayment of a loan (together with accrued interest) outstanding from Distribution Finance Capital Ltd to Gavin Morris; and
