("DFC" or the "Company" or together with its subsidiaries the "DFC Group")

2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Shareholder Presentation

The Company announces that its AGM will take place at 12.00 p.m. on 30 September 2020. The AGM Notice and Form of Proxy will be posted on 4 September and a copy will be available at www.dfcapital-investors.com . Despite the Company's hope that the postponed AGM would enable shareholders to attend in person, regrettably the AGM will take place as a closed meeting in line with the COVID-19 guidelines and as such, shareholders will not be able to attend. Shareholders are asked to note that the proxy forms for the original AGM planned for 30 June will no longer be valid and shareholders will be required to submit new proxies.

Shareholders should also note that the General Meeting on 8 September will still take place (also as a closed meeting), as planned.

Separately, at 9.30 a.m. on the same date of 30 September, the Company intends to present its interim results alongside a trading and strategic update (which will not be dealt with at the AGM). Existing shareholders, or their representatives, who would like to join the virtual presentation can register their interest by emailing [e-mail] by 12.00pm on 28 September and details of the event will be provided separately. Following that presentation, a recording will be published on the Company's website at www.dfcapital-investors.com .
