11/6/2018 14:53 | Agree DC and I believe people are hanging back from buying until Milton have stopped selling. At that point we'll see a significant rise in the share price | tonys8
11/6/2018 14:47 | Re Dante's post. Who would be an ideal celebrity to endorse Redleg? Any ideas anybody? | tommyjnewton

11/6/2018 11:14 | Not satisfied that is good analysis. Historically advertising cost as a ratio against Sales has been constant. In fact it has reduced (slightly). From accounts Advertising cost/Sales FY 2016 23.95% 2017 23.39% 2018 23.09% | berny3
11/6/2018 10:59 | DC can you post a link to research | berny3
11/6/2018 10:56 | One thing of note in the Panmure research note is that they only project 160K for 2019FY. This is explained as being due to a step change in marketing spend planned for this year as well as a change to start some "Above the line" advertising of red leg. They believe that sales growth will lag that spend. Question I have is whether Don has ever indicated this in the public domain before? | dietcoke197
11/6/2018 08:26 | Reviewing the financial figures. 2017 1st 6 months lost £36,000 2017 2nd 6 months made +£36,000 + £10,000 = £46,000 2018 1st 6 months lost £21,000 2018 2nd 6 months made +£157,000 + £21,000 = £178,000 Note the significant increase in profit in the last 6 months versus previous year. To me this shows cost associated with the sales of the second half of the year is invested in the 1st 6 months. Additional costs in this year figures were new bottle design (Blackwoods Gin) and ordering new moulds. Overall Revenue Growth +23% Contribution growth +24.9% Advertising spend +21% Volume growth Redleg Rum +37% Blackwoods Gin +32% Blavod +34% | berny3

08/6/2018 20:03 | agree with your post, well run company with a lot of future upside | iceman82
08/6/2018 19:58 | I'm holding this one forever and ever, v. happy with this stock. | a_2_b
08/6/2018 19:36 | ice - if you have applied a 35% increase in sales rather than a 23% it equates in my modelling to close on £400K profit next year. Margins staying the same. I have a relative small understanding of the the alcohol market (I drink too much is one thing)but I do see a little of how the alcohol, beverage market is working. I see Distil as exceptional well placed. I think the board of directors has a high experience in this sector too. The directors report in these results surprised me. It was very detailed and transparent. A far better report than you receive eon many other AIM listed companies. There is a lot going on with the company which is clear from the DR. We have a profitable base and opportunity in other markets. The upside for any increase in revenue at this margins goes straight into the bottom line. In my opinion and it is my own ideas, I am often wrong, the company is due a rerating up. If we get a distribution deal in the US that would put significant upside above the rerating, Asia is also a huge market. France is the largest Rum consuming market in Europe. A market we are yet to make an entry too. the potential of the brands is excellent the experience of the CEO I believe is also very good. I am a long term holder and believe a market cap of multiples of where we are now is achievable. Everybody has their own opinion and do not rely on on persons view point. Do your own research. Over the years I have done a fair quantity of research on the company and am happy to hold for the long term. Good luck and enjoy a beautiful weekend. | berny3
08/6/2018 18:46 | hi, i am share holder myself and very happy with rns, bernny i am i bit like you , cant sell them even last year when they sell for 3.7 i couldn't, there is one thing that slightly worry me however and i want your opinion on this, share price 2.5 eps of 0.03 that give us P//e of 84 quite expensive....... | iceman82
08/6/2018 15:25 | Very kind, Berny3 - many thanks for that. gl F | fillipe
08/6/2018 15:24 | Also mentions potential new listings in France and Eastern Europe. Should appear on Dis website in few days I suppose | mudis
08/6/2018 15:12 | fillipe if it is of any assistance it does not add much more than we already know from what is shared amongst this board. The balance sheet is in a much healthier state; the company is profitable and generating cash on a month on month basis. The company has a number of avenues for developments, new markets in Asia, developing further traction in Europe and working on a strategy for the US. Growth in sales is healthy and above market trends. | berny3
08/6/2018 15:07 | I've found it impossible to register properly at PR - could you please kindly mention in brief what their conclusion is? Many thanks, f | fillipe
08/6/2018 15:00 | straight forward research very good. | berny3
08/6/2018 14:41 | Progressive research note is up | mudis
08/6/2018 09:53 | £707K contribution - markt cap of £20mln is more appropriate. | berny3 |
