Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that it has received notification that Giulio Cesareo, CEO, purchased 33,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the price of 44p per share, on 26 September 2018.
