On August 9, 2010, Volkswagen Group subsidiary Audi's subsidiary Lamborghini acquired 90.1% of the shares of Italdesign Giugiaro S.p.A, including the brand name rights and patents.[1][2] The remaining shares were sold to Audi on 28 June 2015, with Giorgetto Giugiaro resigning from the firm at the same time.[10]

Yes I saw that this morning,decided to do some research on the Company.Very impressed with the Website presentation,particularly on the oil spill presentation.Dipped a toe in and hopefully made a sound decision,only time will tell.

they aren't letting him do anything. He is buying on open market whatever he gab get. Remember freefloat is minimal. If he wants 29.9 percent before putting offer in he will have to up his game. imo.
