LONG TERM INCENTIVE AWARDS TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

The Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of long-term incentive Awards of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Diploma PLC to the Executive Directors on 23 November 2020 under the Diploma PLC 2020 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"):
