Cashflow will be critical as will any announcement on an Infra Fund taking a stake in the Crematoria business

Just reread the new strategy as released in June and must admit it is fairly poor for such a company. No longer convinced especially with such high debts

My cousin is funeral director & says in 2020 deaths were below average. But went thru the roof on vax rollout. Lawyers have found evidence including 73 US Patents-it’s a global SCAM as I have stated since the beginning. Stay the hell away from the vaccines if you value your immune system.

Death rates falling and are responsible for the weak share price. Isn't that interesting when we are being told people were dying like flies in 2020 21 for this fake virus... Dont worry, though, shareholders as the vaccine takers will start dropping like flies in the next three years, and DTY will be overwhelmed with deaths, sadly.

£461m Property Valuation/ alternative use £374m / Book Value £44m
£1000m Crematoria business value to an Infra Fund
£1000m Prepaid Plans to Generate £30m pa returns

Underlying operating profit for the 21-week period ended 21 May 2021 is GBP30.7m

Net debt of £480.6 million

This is currently my largest holding and I'll be adding to that as the value proposition v associated risk is the best in my portfolio.

FCA plans to ban payments to intermediaries and cold calling for funeral plans. Not before time, IMHO, but should benefit the incumbents and those with branches and economies of scale. More good news!

the amount of unrealised potential is huge.

the state of some of the funeral homes is shocking. Do any of you live close to any of the funeral homes??
