I am led to believe all the numbers are being checked and an update will be out well before end Feb .. though to say I have been let down before, well, understatement.

Shouldnt we be due an update soon??
With production expected to be restarted by end December, allowing for following, or even adverse winds ,we could get news by end of February .???

A chat over a couple of lagers suggested news is imminent. Sounded very positive, so let's just hope it proves well informed.

May be, but where have they gone? or has this created some significant overhang which will take a while to clear?

This is good news as Corvus were probably the distressed seller.

RNS Number : 1796L
DiamondTech Inc.
06 January 2009

DiamondTech Inc. ("DiamondTech" or the "Company")

Holdings In Company

The Company has been notified that Corvus Capital Inc. ("Corvus") no longer has an interest in the issued share capital of DiamondTech having disposed of its entire holding in the Company. Corvus was a founder shareholder in DiamondTech and was instrumental in its admission to AIM in May 2007 , at which time it entered into an orderly marketing undertaking under which the consent of the Company, its Nominated Adviser and Broker was required before any sale of shares until May 2009. Corvus is in solvent liquidation proceedings and has disposed of a majority of its assets. Corvus did not seek consent for the sale of its interest in DiamondTech

Hello,

Anyone got any thoughts on the results? This sounds positive;

"Management is also exploring further opportunities for deployment of the technology at other operating diamond-producing mines. A letter of intent has been signed with one such mine to deploy the LRU technology at its existing operation and negotiations with a further three mines are at an early stage".

Yes fair play, you wouldn't invest almost 50k if you thought that the company was going bust.....well you would think so anyway!

humbugg, if you look at the CVS delisting note, you will see the values they have (market values) in Canisp (CN.), Highway (HWC), Roeford (ROE), Sirius Petroleum (SRSP (by far their most valuable holding) and the reamining cash from the CMM sale. At current market price, there must be 0.25p per share, but that would appear to be being eaten up at an alarming rate, and things like Canisp could presumably be classed as worthless in the sort of volume CVS hold them. Suggest the probability of receiving anything further is reflected int eh CVS price.

does CVS still have a stake in this?

The funding is suibject to certain conditions, one of which in particular looks something of a challenge. Hopeful, but by no means confident.

good news for holdes.
looks like the investors are giving DTEC a lifeline, but stating they'll need to pull their finger out or the money will stop.

Sadly I don't get excited about this either... those who have watched this stock for well over a year have seen it go up and down and down on no news...

I hope I am proved wrong but without a RNS this will only come back down...
