The Company has been notified that, on 21 December 2018 David Jeremy Thomas, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 4,700 ordinary shares of GBP0.0189 each in the Company (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction, David Jeremy Thomas now holds a total of 5,994 ordinary shares, representing 0.018% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
