The Company has been notified that, on 14 December 2018 Martin Lee Rapp, Group Chief Executive of the Company, purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.0189 each in the Company (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction, Martin Lee Rapp now holds a total of 46,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
