Purchase of Shares and PDMR Shareholding

Diaceutics PLC , ( AIM: DXRX), the diagnostic commercialisation company for precision testing announces that on 17 June 2021, Deborah Davis, the Chair of Diaceutics, purchased a total of 27,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.002 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these, 20,000 were purchased at a price of 130 pence per Ordinary Share, and 7,000 at a price of 128 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of the purchase, Deborah's shareholding is 27,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
