Enviro is right, I had the same thought - to announce Half Yearly Report, and a low-ball bid, without mentioning Cygnet is very strange. Almost as if they think they've previously RNS'd it and it's now past.

No timescale on bid until Offer Doc is posted.

Spec, there wasn't but normally takes around 6 weeks.

I am not selling at 32p as you won't make 30% in 6 weeks elsewhere this easy.

The bid is now 10p below the 42p offer. We will get our money in around 6 weeks. Who would sell at 32p. I am buying more if I can get in under 35p.

Maybe we might get another bidder?

Interestingly, you can only buy 15k shares so I reckon the person (s) who has been selling these past few months has been sounded out and will accpet the 42p.

The bid should be 38p at least now.
