Stabilisation arrangement, if employed, ends April 5 at latest. And no immediate shorting allowed.

Both facilities suggest fear it'll fall.

Resignation of Nomad and Suspension of trading

The Company announces that Northland Capital Partners Limited has resigned as nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.

In accordance with AIM Rule 1, trading in the Company's securities on AIM has been suspended with immediate effect.

If the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month from suspension of trading, the admission of its securities to AIM will be cancelled.
