Gentlemen,

It took a day or two but I have today learnt that the fraud is that the promoters of DFS in the Far East persuade suckers out there to open an account with HK brokers and then these brokers buy DFS in London. This is just a classic stock distribution fraud.

How the hell does this kind of company come to market? Worth about 5p IF it's numbers are truthful, which I very much doubt.

NOMAD should be ashamed.

I think this one will be given a wide swerve.

Hope someone had fun with it.

Thankfully I didn't invest/throw cash away and read up on it.

Gentlemen,

Thebigbadbear can say that again. The announcement from DFS just three quarters of an hour ago could hardly be more explicit. No contracts at all in QE 30th September and those since, allegedly $14.5m worth, not yet backed up by cash. This is obviously just another China scam. DFS shares are very probably valueless. Sauve qui peut.

Incidentally, the RNS is illiterate. Just consider the second paragraph with the reference to comparatives. 2010? 2011? I expect the Nomad's staff are so disenchanted they cannot be bothered to check for basic errors.

Gentlemen,

Some may be interested to know that I got hold of Northland's Ed Hutton yesterday morning and pointed out to him that his client DFS is a fraudulent promotion. He refused to discuss the matter whereas if my assertion were unreasonable he would/could have asked for evidence. So I take it that Northland itself regards its own client as duff.
