This will pull the Technical traders in now, clear Chart Breakout. I did say those who sold on the drop a couple of weeks back were mugged.

A couple of weeks consolidation on the Chart, DVO looks set for the next break higher. That Chart is a beauty to behold.

This looking like figures will be ahead of even the raised forecasts. And that next years forecasts will be smashed, fantastic news for holders. Still time to buy for those on the sidelines.

CWK's TS (and it's reception)today makes very tasty reading if you are a holder here. "Sales of fresh pork were ahead of the same period last year by 70 per cent...Bacon sales were up by 61 per cent and sales of sausages, cooked meats and continental products increased by 21 per cent, 17 per cent and 9 per cent respectively"

Lots of buys coming through around the Close. Charts saying £1.56-1.62 as a short term target on my reading.

I think this week will see a push towards £1.50 a share. And we are still a month from results which DVO has always risen in the run up to over the last few years. The fact that this thread is so quiet tells me we have plenty of upside left.

So another 12 month high on an overall weak day, that bodes very well imo. Still a month from results, plenty of upside to come. Devro has risen substantially in the run up to the Finals over the last two couple of years,

I also agree Devro is beginning to look very interesting. The shares have moved strongly up to Final results over the last couple of years. We are still 5 weeks away, looks to me like this pattern will repeat itself imo. Plenty of upside for DVO to come in my view.

The 2010 EPS is likely to be 12.5 at the very least. Even allowing for a PER of 15, gives a price target of £1.85 as a very minimum There are likely further upgrades following the Feb Finals, so a 2010 EPS of over 13 Pence may be more than possible. I would prefer a gradual re-rating over the next few months. The upside is very clear, that is why Directors have been buying in quanity.

Agreed, and the constant director share buys hopefully bode well for the future.

Apologies, I could only find share price graphs going back 10 years. That makes the upside even greater than I thought in that case. A 2010 PER of approx 12 for the Global No1 in its Market, is way too low.

Quite a few pence away from an all time high Essential, it was well over 400p in the 1990's!
