zoro9791: What we see is sustained drop of share price!!!Had your chance etc never catch a falling knife.People thinks they buy at the bottom.TCG,DEB just the recent ones.
baghdaddy2018: I'd prefer to see it as more of a sustained rise in the share price towards a more realistic level. You had your chance to get in today on the lows and missed it. I personally added more as I see immense value at these levels. Hearing a new PR company coming on board very shortly which should help significantly as good PR has been lacking. Additional news expected is a major hardware partner to facilitate the implementation of VICTAR in the many schools that have subscribed. I also wouldn't be surprised to hear that lock in period extended for the 1p shares. That should more than satisfy the market that Chris means business and has no intention of flooding the market. Anyone that has spoken to him knows that DEV is his baby and the hours and hours of hard graft he and the team have put in to create the company and progress it to where they are today, are worth a damn sight more to him than the current share price The company is revolutionary in the education careers market. VICTAR is the ONLY product on the market that meets all.of the government mandated benchmarks. Its nearest competitor doesnt even come close. This revenue stream alone, if only 10% take up across the country will generate significant revenues. Using a baseline £10k per school, college etc that signs up (10k being the average package cost) every 100 educational institutes that sign up generates £1 Million in revenue. Theres approximately 7000 eligible educational institutes in the country, 10% is £7 Million in annual revenue. That's just from the Educate arm of the company. Engage is already winning bluechip clients such as Pepsi and has engaged in a partnership with Oracle and their POS systems. The team presented engage to Glaxo Smith Kline after being specially invited. The feedback was second to none, in fact GSK had never been so enthused by a presentation as much as they were by DEV. Figures are unknown so any revenue speculation is just that, speculation. Worst case scenario imho is £1 million a year. The experience arm of the company is still in its infancy so significant revenues could be a while away. Taking all of the above conservative estimates into account we have annual revenues of £8 million. A typical PE for a tech company such as DEV is between 20 and 50. That gives a mcap of between £160 million and £400 million. The maths is simple. That's why I keep buying and will continue to do so. My research tells me it's the right thing to do
ozayrk: I can understand the frustration, but the underlying company is very good. The only ussue is with the share price, which as we know is open to manipulation. However, once the company newsflow gets going, value will out. Shorts will close, and the ride back up will be sudden. Anyone who has met chris trusts him, the company is generating revenue and profits. Patience is needed.
zoro9791: I like your enthusiasm but look at the share price.18p -low 4s.Big buys were displayed last week and week before but share price still dropping.Don't tell me that is good.
jaknife: I don't think that it's possible to short something as tiny as Dev Clever. Fundamentally, the share price is as low as it is because this was a deliberate orchestrated fraud right from day one. The shares were never worth more than 1p. Cornhill Capital pulled the wool over retail investors eyes with the float. The whole thing was designed so that the original 1p investors could dump their shares.
zoro9791: Means share price will slide further today lol
colebrooke: Figures are of little relevance, how many billion dollar companies are listed with no revenues, or loss making. The main thing here is what Chris is building this to, his technology is obviously exceptional to have convinced the likes of Bosch and Pepsi to use their product. I've mentioned this many times and don't mean to sound repetitive, but the market size of each of these three sectors is huge, they are worth billions. And to have the likes of Pepsi involved tells a story. We are obviously going through a frustrating period as shareholders but the progress Chris has made in the last two months doesn't represent the share price chart. But eventually the value will come through. There is good balance here between buyers and sellers here, eventually the spectrum will shift and we will go back towards the highs as the company continues to progress. Only a matter of time in my opinion.
lord gnome: Great RNS showing the potential of Engage. Lots more to come from the sound of things. Seems to have sparked a bit of buying interest.
euclid5: pretty standard disclaimers, not if they owned the IP, so it's not standard It's all in the prospectus, important doc to read Co's that have protection on their IP will not put in their prospectus "at this time limited protection of its intellectual property" what about the 1p shares No reveune forcasts from the rns today If the rns was that good today, it put nothing on the share price? seems big sales a few days go over 450k It's up to investors to make their own judgement & research not me But guess you are part of the ramping brigade still loss making - co's like these go nowhere near £200m capps, that's rampers thoughts, you need to step into the real world of business. If they were to be valued at £200m they would not of allowed Pre-IPO Fundraise, at the issue price of £0.01?
mistertibbs: Isn't this a quiet board. Not surprised really as the share price is not going anywhere and the company simply making steady progress with a number of dificulties not helping matters, including costs. However, I expect some growth over the medium term, especially from Asia. Here's hoping.
