With Byju’s and Upgrad, both Indian EdTech peers trading at 56x and 55x respectively. Dev are in for a serious re-rate once this trajectory continues into next year.

Squeaky bum time Terminator, you might have made your 10-20%, but investors should make 100-200%.

That 10-20% scalping is the reason why you have to spend half of your life talking shares down on the internet ;)

There was a note a couple days ago ......

Market Sentiment Around Loss-Making Dev Clever Holdings Plc (LON:DEV)
By Simply Wall St Published November 10, 2021

We feel now is a pretty good time to analyse Dev Clever Holdings Plc's (LON:DEV) business as it appears the company may be on the cusp of a considerable accomplishment. Dev Clever Holdings Plc develops and distributes immersive software products in the United Kingdom, rest of Europe, the Asia Pacific, and the United States. With the latest financial year loss of UK£938k and a trailing-twelve-month loss of UK£636k, the UK£190m market-cap company alleviated its loss by moving closer towards its target of breakeven. Many investors are wondering about the rate at which Dev Clever Holdings will turn a profit, with the big question being “when will the company breakeven?” In this article, we will touch on the expectations for the company's growth and when analysts expect it to become profitable.....

David Von Rosen, a billionaire businessman has paid 30p for 20m DEV Clever shares.

You don’t become a billionaire businessman by making poor financial decisions.

Folk panic selling in the 20’s are either doing so due to inexperience, or they are a forced seller due to liquidity requirements.

There is of course shorters in play here, for the last two days they have been in control.

If Mr Von Rosen decides to buy more DEV in the market, then even the most brazen of shorters will get absolutely torched by the billionaire DEV investor

Remember, when the loonies arrive (like today) trying to talk the share price drastically down... It’s a very good sign as they’re fearing a short squeeze.

Hi Snowy,
Like any master investor I bought these at a great price...7p.
Very shrewdly I thought at the time it wise to sell them at 10p which was a 30% profit in less than a month. Bought back in now at 35... Like I said.. master investor!!

How many people haven’t done the same mind you.Hope all is well

Perhaps you've forgotten - this is their funding arrangement with ICJL ..

"ICJL has the right to subscribe for up to a further 60 million new ordinary shares in Dev Clever ("Subscription Rights") at 10 pence per share in the following tranches:

-- 20 million shares on or before 28 February 2021; and
-- 40 million shares on or before 30 June 2021. "

As for earnings guidance. I mean the formal ones usually given by companies through their brokers - what companies usually refer to as "market expectations" when they have to give profit warnings. Not wild hopes of private investors/punters.

Sloppy retail selling affecting the price - maybe margin calls on other holdings?? DEV could certainly benefit from Institutional investor support and/or Brokers capable of helping to promote the Company to new investors, especially as DEV is now ideally placed to benefit from the surge in global demand for EdTech and the rollout of VICTAR and Careers Guidance with Lenovo. It's not inconceivable that Lenovo might take a friendly strategic minority stake in the DEV similar to what HTC did last month with VR Education where HTC bought a 20% stake prompting a subsequent 5x increase in VRE's share price.
