Agreed. Can’t believe we are marching through January and into Feb and still no deal and no dermal update either…..nor sporegen. Can only guess they are deep in the throes of a very detailed deal or a potential takeover of the XF platform or DP in its entirety, the latter being my guess.

Multiple parties in discussions mean he might wish to meet a few of them at the JP Morgan conference and progress or even conclude a deal. He would be remiss if he didn't attend. The Company has certainly got the best management at the helm to deliver the best deal whether it be a full takeover, sale of the XF platform or an optimum licensing deal. Chris Tovey is fully aligned with shareholders' aspirations with his options. I think someone mentioned wanting to see management buy shares. I don't think they can at present as they will know the specific different options they are discussing and likely timescales for conclusion within the multiple-party talks (whether that be licensing or sale). Material information.

I just don’t think a takeover is currently in the process. If it were, CT wouldn’t be heading out to the USA, as posted on X to drum up interest in the business. That’s one way to certainly pi55 off your potential buyer!

Well there are no other options other than to sell some of the assets or agree to a full takeover of the business. There’s been a huge amount of selling and someone has been picking these shares up but we haven’t had a TR1. Though, if the current partnership deals put forward aren’t attractive why would a full blown takeover be in a company’s mind, unless Destiny are happy to sell for $300m. One thing for sure is that whatever happens, it will be something not anticipated.

A decent US only deal for xf73 with sizeable up front cash payment will see this co get to 250m + valuation overnight. Deals for rest of world for NT and xf73 nasal will see it get to 500m, then successful completion of phase 3 for both of these will see 1000m+. I do still strongly foresee a takeover by larger pharmaceutical of Destiny in next 12 to 24 months though, at a considerable premium….

Interesting day! I was hoping for this on Monday after the ThisIsMoney article. With regards to speculation that a ‘deal’ is incoming, the science seems to back their platform and there is very little likelihood of a bum set of phase 3 trial results. I’m expecting a big player to put up a big upfront payment for exclusivity or even a bunfight for a takeover. These situations don’t come along very often and I’m sure CT will land something mega with whoever! I’m happy to hold and accumulate and firmly believe that within a year or so that anything under £1 would be considered a bargain.
