What, report to the FSA? No, because I don't think the company did anything wrong as such and were just caught out by the credit crunch when it came to trying to renew their existing debt arrangements.

There was nothing material to tell the market - would you expect them to say "We're still looking for funding but doubt we'll get it so be out of business by Christmas, sell now!"

Of course not. If anything an auditor's report is where one might look for indication of that sort of thing.

No one had the whole story then did they Mark just like HCEG........ The bits of the puzzle have come together in the end though .......So much for the benefit of a doubt..... If you knew so much Insipien why didn't you report it in 2007 ? ....... LOL

And I'm sure the FSA would always be interested in the lies (RNSs) to move the share price upwards and the coercion with known bad directors . They were all suppose to be watching out for the company ......... What a laugh ........ :-))
