He would isis as he is a large stock holder. Bearing in mind the company statement in Jan - are the profits and one off costs going to wipe out any profit they suggested there was going to be?

Well at least the matter is resolved.

9% is high but personal and CC loans can be much higher and Gyllenhamer thinks they are worth backing.

They still have the Blackheath Land which could easily wipe out this loan.

While this deal sorts the problem out, I think it also shows the serious state of the companies finances, as they are having to pay a very high premium for the loan, a premium of 9% which in current markets is excessive. I guess if the company cannot pay the loan in due course it will be converted at a very low level.

Rather than rise today the stock should be falling imo.

I've got a profile just for DSN , I had shares , but sold at a good time, and dip in and out to see what has happened. A good friendd of mine worked for them years ago, and went on to make his first million.

Seems like a trend wud you say, the spin of companies especially in gaming have been very successful as have the ex staff competition at GPG. It must the curse of densitron and it's current latest lease blunder holding it back.

ISIS, share price has falling on low volume, a few small sellers. IMO the shares are oversold.

It a shame they can't move on with their life's but I suppose it must be hard for them, sorry sad individuals who can't move on, it must be awful for them.

It is killing the company then ,

Did they close the india offices over this ? I heard rumour they had to remove many staff in india and other ofices

WOW! I notice that isis started this thread way back in 2005. I believe the Densitron share price back then was about 8 pence and now it is under 4 pence.

Isis - you must know a great deal about this company having been 'in' for so long. Care to post why you have stuck with them for such a long time and having over seen such a steady decline? Or perhaps you are just an interested spectator now?

B.T.W. am assuming the isis name thing is just an unfortunate coincidence?
