It takes time to ruin a company, several years in the Industrial development market, but you canb do it if you have no grounding in your products.

Densitron have been following a path of idiocy since 2004.

Sell assets, sell factory shares, reduce heads, churn through 20 different brand name failed distribution deals ,

probably the writ is the nail in coffin

good riddance to the inept strategists at the helm

Luggage tag is pie in sky ,

BA would not work with a 5p share company making a loss,

also not with a distributor,

they will take the design to the far east direct for high vol manufacture ,,,

densitrons needs as a company to accept it's status as a distributor or buy into a factory , and regain it's class as a manufacturer,

Big drop in assets and not a pretty picture bearing in mind the writ etc.

It could be a long time before all the problem are addressed imo.

How much investment is required to get the luggage tag up and running and will it be viable?

what if BA's supplier audit team looks at densitron's fundamentals, they won't place a giant contract witha defunct partner , probably using them for development, then will manufacture in china

Stop being silly LCD. The AGM notice says it's to be held at the London Chamber of Commerce H.Q. Actually I've just had a look at the brochure for the L.C.C. meeting rooms and although a bit pricey they do boast 'Excellent catering'. So I think Mrs H.L. and myself shall go to the AGM and have a munch.

I find myself in town next week and may well pop along - subject to the potential quality of the scoff.
