02/11/2020 09:37 | Maybe not such good news !! Was the 500k a purchase or a sell ? | parsons4
02/11/2020 07:43 | Nobby.. what’s 3x revenues for DEMG when the debt is taken off? | vega44
02/11/2020 07:32 | Yes should be good news for DEMG share price as it will show the true value of a business like this! | nobbygnome
02/11/2020 07:30 | Cash offer for LIDCO............. | chrisdgb
27/10/2020 13:45 | Anyway, I have held off on LID's interims compared to DEMG's but LID had sales of 6.2m and DEMG of 1.2m. That is five times higherAnd DEMG only needed to have sold 7,000 less to have rounded to £1.1m which would have made LID over 5.5 times higherI get there are different exposures to surgery between the two but DEMG has a great ICU product especially in ventilated patientsSo, why were LID able to generate £2,698k of monitor sales to the NHS in six months, up 12x on previous fist half? And why were DEMG only able to generate monitor sales of £16k, down from £19k?There was a windfall to be had and LID grabbed it. DEMG totally missed it. DEMG monitor sales in the UK were less than 150th of LIDWhy?Because they have spent over a decade failing to develop a new monitor. Why? What are they doing about it? Who is to blame? Who is sorting it out?But maybe also because they don't know how to sell? What is needed is:New chairNew, smaller, boardNew brokersNew monitorNew marketing storyNew business modelLID has done all the above, DEMG none of it and now DEMG have been shown to have been swimming naked for yearsMrC | mrc2u
27/10/2020 13:26 | Hi mrC2u, with the Sp in a tight range of 1.15- 1.50 I can only assume the few diehard investors with the deep pockets are here because of ethical reasons not necessarily for monetary gains! | gbenson1
27/10/2020 10:55 | I suppose it is encouraging that these have recovered a little. There seem to be a couple of diehard fans with deep pockets who must either know something we don't or believe they know something we don'tAny clues?MrC | mrc2u
27/10/2020 09:28 | Pleased to see some buying albeit small trades, won't take much to move the Sp north! | gbenson1
23/10/2020 12:40 | Just bought another chunk. | janatha
16/10/2020 09:08 | Still here but nothing to say. I will be buying a large amount at some stage but currently have a watching brief. | nobbygnome
16/10/2020 09:04 | Mornin janatha, understand where your coming from, most of the bod have bought or been given shares in Lou of wages more recently! Mms here have a strange system - the more shares that are bought they lower the deal price, now over 1m possibly 1.5m share bought and the deal buy price lowers from 1.379 to 1.366 I think it is, no wonder the Sp rarely goes up. We need Nobby back he normally appears when the Sp rises!! | gbenson1
16/10/2020 07:54 | Would be nice if the board bought a few million as a sign of confidence in the company. | janatha
14/10/2020 12:33 | gbenson1 Cheers. | janatha
14/10/2020 12:28 | Hi janatha, there has been someone buying in 500k blocks for the last 9 months or so, due to the trade going through at the mid price I would "guess" it was a buy. Over the last week there have been circa 900,000 buys but the Sp hasn't moved, the strangest trades are 2 x 100,000 buys minutes after the close, personally if I buy a share I want to see the Sp increase, why buy minutes after the close?? I guess only a large investor wouldn't want to influence the Sp and keep it low whilst they build their holding. imho. | gbenson1
14/10/2020 11:27 | Is 500,000 a buy or a sell ? | janatha
09/10/2020 10:11 | Hi Chris I've been in since day 1, it's just the price action just doesn't follow the Sp even more so in DEMG, they'll use the market sentiment excuse!! | gbenson1
09/10/2020 08:57 | As we know it is the kind of share you have to patient with, when it moves it moves............ | chrisdgb
09/10/2020 06:46 | With the drop in the Sp late yesterday afternoon I assumed there was a late sell in the system, with yesterday's buys and the previous days circa 280,000 buys, it appears that with DEMG buying shares lowers the Sp, or is it more a case of mm manipulation!! Also feed up of the mms selling shares (buys) at lower than the full Ask price to save them raising the Sp, I realise this is AIM but this needs investigating? | gbenson1
08/10/2020 08:32 | Gone to sleep............ | chrisdgb
29/9/2020 12:17 | A few little nibbles at this bargain price, if I was a gambling man I'd say the trade @ 1.36 was an internal company buy just like the finance directors trade recently? | gbenson1
28/9/2020 09:36 | Sort of. Turner Pope said "the Pandemic may have served to highlight the relevance and opportunity Deltex Medical’s preeminent Doppler technologies presents to a number of larger sector players who may wish to expand their market opportunity into this space" | schloo
28/9/2020 08:14 | Can't see the note unfortunately but do Turner Pope make any mention that they still think the company could be a takeover target..?? | chrisdgb
23/9/2020 06:33 | They bought a stack at the start of this year just before sales collapsed so I doubt they know much. More likely this is being done to make us think they know something and stop a wave of selling after the utterly dismal first half performanceOr it may be in a non-specific realisation that they need to make some positive changes and start finding a buyerPositive changes could include:New chairNew, smaller boardNew advisersNew monitorNew business modelNew marketing storyMaybe they are coming but I doubt itMrC | mrc2u
22/9/2020 15:15 | Finance director David Moorhouse just bought 370,000 shares and I wouldn't be surprised if the other 200k buy @ 1.35 was a bod, gives you faith in the company directors buying, and do they know something? | gbenson1 |
