18/12/2019 07:36 | Lots of directors buying shares at a low price just before year end and a close period. Hmmmm - looks like they are very confident we will not see prices like this againEven without any more good news these should already be at least 3p per share and feels like good news is comingMrC | mrc2u
18/12/2019 07:12 | Well didn't have to wait long to find out who bought the shares, nice to see its a few board members, always a good sign but not too surprised at the current low Sp, hoping to see a pickup in the sales/newsflow & Sp into 2020. | gbenson1
17/12/2019 20:02 | Sorry haven't been concentrating on this stock recently. I know the RSP looked weak this morning but not sure about the significance of the large trades. As always it's just about patience here.... As schloo says the cash balance has been boosted nicely this year by the numerous option exercises; that buffer must be useful to the management. | nobbygnome
17/12/2019 19:14 | 4.5m shares sold & bought at above the closing offer price? Suspect the offer will revert upwards tomorrowNot sure that these could be Ewan's option shares as the RNS last week said those would not be admitted in to AIM until this coming ThursdayWhere is little Nobby when we need his insight into the market makers...MrC | mrc2u
17/12/2019 16:41 | Nice few buys into the close, presume 4.5m is Ewan's options that "found a home" Sp didn't move so not sure if there's a large sell in the system, can't see anything moving now until the New Year. | gbenson1
13/12/2019 19:21 | NEWS on yesterday's electrifying events - Good news! Boris Johnson has been electrocuted!!!!!!! I think that explains the hair. Jeremy Corbyn was hoping to be electrocuted but it was not to be. All one could hear was the sound of dreams being fried. It was altogether sizzling! | arf dysg
13/12/2019 11:12 | How refreshing to hear someone say "I was wrong" today because not there has not been much of that from the politicians, winners or losers, most of whom seem to have been wrong about pretty much everything for the last weeks/months/years Presume we will have to keep an eye out for some large trades once the new shares are admitted In the meantime that's another £45,000 in the coffers which means cash really ought to look very healthy at year end | schloo
13/12/2019 10:57 | Looks like I was wrong. Ewan has exercised last 4.6m options I assume they are going to a "pre-arranged home"? As schloo an indicated Dave Jones - Trader | dj trading
13/12/2019 10:55 | >>DJ Dave We will have to wait to see what the second half trading update tells us. Expect them to be sufficiently cash positive to convince even you sceptics that the business is cash generative. There must also be a decent chance that they will be able to show some growth They are also well on the way to having a completely different product and already offer Doppler, pulse pressure and bio-impedance in one place. Once they have a new box, they will have a genuine 'big company' product and are already ripe for acquisition. Especially with each of Edwards, Getinge and now Baxter pumping hundreds of millions into making the market happen. Remember that Baxter just bought Cheetah for $230m and DEMG does what Cheetah does, only better as well as doing what only Deltex does as well as doing much of what Edwards does and having BTW I think you will find that the old CEO's investment was far bigger than that (well over £500k), but, even if it were 'only' £100k, that is far from tiny in most peoples' minds!! | schloo
13/12/2019 08:36 | Schloo - I hope he is better at investing than management! Although, given his earnings over recent years (£1.3m from 2012-2018) a £100k investment (at the option price of just 1p/share) is tiny! With Revenue in (terminal?) decline and cashburn ongoing (though reducing) I really don't see how the new CEO is going to turn this around (but I hope he does). I'm not an expert, but Customers who are have had 10+ years to test the product and they don't appear to be knocking the door down to buy more. And with the sales teams decimated to save cash (unavoidable) where are the new customers going to come from? | dj trading
12/12/2019 17:53 | >>DJ Dave You assume too much. After a bit of shuffling shares & cash around and realising enough to pay for the nominal value and tax, Ewan expects to have a total holding of well over 10m shares which is up over 150% on when he left As a guide he expects the 8m of them in his pension fund to be worth enough in the future that he may have to worry about the cap on personal pension funds So, yes, he should know better than most and has a huge amount of money riding on them being worth a lot more than today | schloo
12/12/2019 15:28 | "schloo12 Dec '19 - 14:50 - 10565 of 10566 I think it is very likely that he will exercise the remaining options, especially if, as before, he has pre-arranged a home for them" So I assume from that comment that he doesn't think they are going to be worth more in the future so is immediately passing on. And I suppose he should know better than most! Dave | dj trading
12/12/2019 14:50 | >>DJ I think it is very likely that he will exercise the remaining options, especially if, as before, he has pre-arranged a home for them Doubt it will be first item on the 10.00pm news tonight though!! | schloo
12/12/2019 12:35 | Big day today - election and the last of Ewan's 1p bonus options expire. Personally I doubt he will exercise all of his remaining *4.6m? 1p options given the current price, thin market and prospects. (*Schloo?!) We will find out in the next few days. Dave | dj trading
09/12/2019 09:00 | All quiet.............. | chrisdgb
29/11/2019 09:49 | I see the sheep farming retired football manager from Plymouth is back lol | dj trading
28/11/2019 22:50 | It's not a share, it's a company. Alternatively, if you're asking "how is the share price doing?" then the answer is blindingly obvious. If you can't see the share-price chart, then how will you see these answers, which tell you to look at the share price chart? | arf dysg
28/11/2019 16:19 | Who are you? | mrc2u
28/11/2019 15:23 | How is this share doing these days? Do you miss me ever? | gavapentin
25/11/2019 14:07 | It will Oscar, it willMrC | mrc2u
25/11/2019 13:22 | mrC2u Weird how share price dial not moved. | janatha
25/11/2019 13:03 | Million plus shares bought at 1.20. Super cheap but decent chunk nonethelessMrC | mrc2u
21/11/2019 14:55 | Depends if his view was live within means rather then raise capital to try and grow. Might also be good value for money. Success will be dependant on sales / marketing rather than financial engineering I guess. | ramnik007
21/11/2019 14:03 | No idea although could be the new (or should that be reincarnated?) FD?Change is as good as a rest and all that, but David Moorhouse can hardly be described as fresh blood...MrC | mrc2u |
