It's the "adjusted" bit I'm sceptical of.

If you've already removed interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, there's not a lot else to adjust.



Issuing shares should be counted as a cost. I think a relevant target could be quite simply that EBITDA is _POSITIVE_ for the first time ever, and that the management do NOT immediately issue so many shares to the directors that the consequent cost makes EBITDA negative again.



I suspect that I, too, will be old and orange before this lot makes a profit.

All nonsense.

There is clearly no such actual entity that can be called an adjectives department.

This is an attempt by buywell to provide emphasis for the word 'Adjective' used by a girl at school in a particular context.

It is not necessarily the case that the girl intended to provide the same emphasis and that therefore it is rather Buywell's interpretation alone which demanded such emphasis.

However, leaving that aside, it would have been more appropriate to use italics or quotes " " e.g " adjectives" to denote the sphere of possible epithets rather than
a remote area of the building with questionable contents.
