20/4/2017 15:08 | gbenson1, Thanks for that reply. Initial delay due to fundraising? Alternatively it could be to allow more time for something to happen? Second delay of a few days - I wouldn't get too fussed about this one as its only a few days and sometimes when dealing with sign offs etc. it can take a bit longer than expected. Are you planning to go to the AGM? | bigt20
20/4/2017 15:04 | gbenson1, what was the results date intended to be before it was delayed? | arf dysg
20/4/2017 15:03 | TC Very kind invite. I am away cycling on that date I am afraid. I'm sorry I cannot assist but will remember your kind offer. Good luck with your investment. GP | gavapentin
20/4/2017 14:58 | BigT20, 1st delay was mentioned in 22 Mar - Share Issues RNS, under Issue of Results. | gbenson1
20/4/2017 14:45 | Gbenson (post 8678), -------------------- When was the first delay announced? Open day - starting time -------------------- Good idea to have an open day. When it comes to the starting time its a pity they do not consider those of us who have to travel some distance. I am not staying overnight like I did last time | bigt20
20/4/2017 14:29 | I'm a long term investor here, this is the second delay in publishing the results for very flimsy reasoning, is there some good news in the pipeline, or is it damage limitation? | gbenson1
20/4/2017 13:31 | --->GAVAPENTIN I have attended open days at Chichester a few times before, but this time I am not fully decided whether to turn up or not. You have always presented the 'skeptics' side of the story here (putting it mildly), often getting into heated arguments with posters. I would really be up for attending the open day this time to witness a skeptic such as yourself (with your added medical knowledge as a medical practitioner) take on the management in raising some of the Q's and doubts you have had on here and challenging the management who obviously have their side of the story. For me as a long term investor, that would be more rewarding than any presentation along with Q's posed by medical novices in the main. I have often challenged their medical claims and results of various clinical trials but often, I do not feel medically knowledgeable enough to go into greater depth. I would gladly treat you to lunch afterwards if you take up this offer. It will have been well worth it. What say you Gavapentin? Who knows, it could be a very productive meeting. Regards and living in hope, THE COUNT! | the count
19/4/2017 16:26 | Gavs probably thinking of his retirement date! | bigt20
19/4/2017 13:55 | Hopefully not that long | ramnik007
13/4/2017 13:02 | A few nice small buys ahead of the results, part of the problem is I imagine there are a few distressed holders who will sell into any price increase. Hold your nerve until at least 24/4. | gbenson1
12/4/2017 16:17 | Well they need something to go with the results.... | bigt20
11/4/2017 17:52 | Yes chrisdgb I was wondering that myself, can't understand why they delayed the results, the 400k was in the bag, no real need to delay. I suppose all will be revealed, my thoughts are they'll publish any new contract win(s) separate from the results imho. | gbenson1
11/4/2017 13:35 | chrisdgb, If you are expecting an RNS relating to new news e.g., new account, I think you will have to wait for the RNS associated with the results. | bigt20
11/4/2017 08:32 | Seems a long time to wait for the results from the subscription, twiddle my thumbs.... | chrisdgb
03/4/2017 06:57 | gbenson, I suspect that L&G TR-1 from March 2016 only related to part of the L&G total holdings. If you look at some of these L&G related RNS's you will see various L&G related names used. Might be worth looking to see if the TR-1 only relates to one of the L&G names. Just to give you some more info re L&G holdings: RNS dated 12/6/15 16,156,566 RNS dated 28/3/17 14,418,386 BTW. some of these institutional holders (not necessarily L&G) hold shares for a various other organisations such as pension funds and not necessarily for their own beneficial interest. So it my be the trustees of the underlying organisations that cause holdings to change. I hope the above helps. | bigt20
30/3/2017 10:50 | February 30th, realise that LG holding has dipped below 5% due to the recent 400k placing, however the previous LG TR-1 from Mar 16 stated they had 3% (6m) and the latest 5% (14m) they've increased their holding by 7m+ shares! Along with Andrew Muir they now both hold 5%. AIM myth believes the 1 trade indicates a RNS is due!! I'm Interested to see if any surprises in the rescheduled results on the 24/4. | gbenson1
29/3/2017 19:49 | gbenson1, I believe that the RNS you refer to is saying that no shares were bought or sold, that L&G went under the 5% threshold because of dilution. | february 30th
29/3/2017 11:23 | Just noticed the 1 trade, rescheduled results aren't due for over 3 weeks? Any thoughts on delay of results, the 400k raising RNS was a done deal, they need more time for what?? | gbenson1
28/3/2017 18:52 | Strange out of hours RNS, L&G have increased their holdings by 7.8m shares within the last 12 months, is it a fat finger moment!! | gbenson1
22/3/2017 20:46 | To be further diluted | myosite
22/3/2017 20:22 | The point here is IMHO most of the income now is not reliant on a sales effort. Once they are into another hospital the product sells itself. So a potential acquirer can count on a say £5m turnover producing a nice Gross Profit. This still looks like a potential T/O situation at probably more like 10p !!! | parsons4
22/3/2017 19:45 | mrC2u, Yes you might be right that he has sacrificed one months salary but then what does it say about the cash balances? | bigt20 |
