The Potential Transaction, if it were to proceed, would be classified as a substantial transaction for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies. Discussions are still ongoing and therefore there can be no guarantee that the Potential Transaction will proceed. The Directors intend that the Proposed Transaction would be financed from a combination of DekelOil's existing cash resources, new equity partners at project level and debt financing. Further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.

Exciting news - a possible substantial acquisition with expansion into nearby Ghana. As a mature operation it should be nicely earnings-enhancing given financing from a combination of cash, debt and equity:

The weakness in the share price could also be due to the decline in palm oil prices since February.The prices are however creeping back up again which should help sentiment soon.

Excellent stuff - almost 1.2m shares traded already. At the worst this will clear any overhang and leave the way open for another surge on the next news flow - of which there should be plenty.

Great to see SCSW picking up on much smaller caps like DKL and (earlier this year) SDI.

Loads of upside here - 100%-150% according to the various covering analysts - so plenty to go for.
