This month alone the CPO price has risen $130 per tonne yet the share price is down 13%. I wonder what Arden are doing as the new Nomad and joint broker?

CPO ended the week high at $735 according to Palm Oil Analytics.


And analysts expect it to strengthen next week before pulling back.

Cheers - missed the MPE update, good to see the positivity.

Top-ups around this level should pay off nicely in the next 6-12 months imo given both the much higher CPO prices and anticipation re the start of cashew production next March-June.

Snippet from MPE's H1 trading update:

After a strong start to the year, the price of crude palm oil fell as the global Covid-19 pandemic took hold to reach a low point of US$510 per tonne cif Rotterdam in the middle of May. Since then the price has recovered on an upward trend to reach more than US$650 by the middle of July. Futures markets point towards prices at above this level for the remainder of the year and into 2021, but may experience some variability whilst the Covid-19 crisis persists.

There's a bit of stock available at the 1.9p mid-price. Can't imagine it'll last long.

I'd have thought Aristide Achybrou would be keen to add to his 5% stake at these prices.

Leoboy, great find and it gives good third party support to DKL and the diversification into cashew processing. LM and the board ahead of the curve on this two years ago. Hopefully the demand will realise an ongoing profit stream for the company.

At the moment general sentiment appears to be against us but the potential for DKL is there for all to see.
