Recent interview with Sarah Lowther:

Free healthcare for smallholders and families conditional on supplying a minimum volume of FFBs, great initiative, seeing strong take up. Should yield higher collections in the near future.

Oh and cashew update coming up within "two weeks"!

It certainly would be good to get back beyond the 2018 levels of +6p and every chance of doing that for the 2 reasons you have given rivaldo. We still have to hear what the next leg of the business is to be too.

CPO futures continue to rise to multi-year highs:



The share price is up 120% or so in the last 6 months, so a consolidation is hardly a surprise for those of us who've been here a while. A further large re-rating is on the cards imminently assuming the cashew plant remains on schedule and production levels remain OK.

- an update also coming soon about progress in achieving RSPO certification (for sustainable palm oil), which the CEO indicates will be achieved this year and will be very helpful in attracting further interest here imo.

good write up. Thanks. I understand there are several types of palm oil - palm oil, palm kernel oil and red palm oil and international prices are quite different. The former two don't contain the healthy antioxidants of red palm oil. Does anyone have an understanding of DKL's production profile?

Arden today reiterate their Buy rating and 9.3p valuation. They note that additional value should come from increases in cashew processing utilisation, and they see "further potential earnings upgrades for 2021".

Cheers hastings, very comprehensive summary. Great to see the CEO confidently looking for €5m EBITDA this year - and with the 2-3 year plan aiming for €100m revenues and €20m EBITDA.

In which case the share price would likely be multiples of the current share price.

Way ahead of the curve. April numbers down on last years bumper April crop.
What is amazing is Sales of CPO ytd are 15 million euros which is 600000 more than the entire H1 2020 number. I'm not surprised we are heading for a step change in profitability.

Today's April production update is fine, though not as strong in production terms as the prior two bumper months - but prices at €803 achieved in April were actually above the €800 indicated as the "smoothing out" level previously targeted.

Most importantly, today confirms there will be "a material improvement in...first half financial performance". Plus the cashew plant is "nearing completion", so the upcoming update should be nicely positive.
