First draw down under the Convertible Loan
Defenx Plc (AIM: DFX), the cyber-security software group, announces that, pursuant to the announcement of 2 October 2018 (the "Announcement"), it has received the funds under the first draw down of EUR150,000 pursuant to the Convertible Loan with BV Tech. The remaining EUR800,000 available under the Convertible Loan will be available to be drawn down in full, or in part, 45 days from 1 October 2018.
As detailed in the Announcement, the Convertible Loan will be convertible, at the sole discretion of BV Tech, into new Ordinary Shares at a price of 8 pence per share, subject to the relevant resolutions being approved at the Company's upcoming AGM.
