Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC announces that on 22 October 2018, Richard Cotton exercised a nil cost option over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The option was granted to him on 7 March 2017 as part of the recruitment award referred to in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 30 June 2018.

The exercise of the option was subject to a performance review, as a result of which the vesting percentage is 100%.
