Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC announces that on 2 March 2018 Ian Page (PDMR) exercised options, pursuant to Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC Save As Year Earn Scheme, over 1,465 ordinary shares of 1p each (Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of GBP6.14 per share.

Following this acquisition, Ian Page's beneficial interest in the Company is 738,697 shares (0.722% of the current issued share capital).
