Give it 6 months, and Omnicom will be starting to wonder why not swallow DGM whole. £20m = 5p.
All IMHO, of course

Blackster, once small-fry like this get into bed with acquisitive monsters like Omnicom, WPP and the others, it does not take long for a takeover to be in the wind.
At 1p, the DGM cap is about £4m, and at 5p therefore £20m.....a price the big boys would not even notice.....my thought therefore is that a bit of playing one group off against another might get them quite a bit more especially as it looks like they might be genuinely profitable this year (ie not EBITDA).
One thing I am not clear about after all their "restructuring" is whether they will have been able to carry over their massive accumulated losses?
All IMHO, of course......

Well, well, someone has paid over 1p per share!
That is something we have not seen for a long time.
I like the look of the BA and Omnicom deals, and know that DGM are well regarded(and used by)other major ad groups in Far East as well.
If I know Moss and his very canny chairman, they would not be averse to a bidding war?
That is when 10p starts to look possible.
(It also looks quite smart of the MM's that they are keeping the spread so wide.....no-one wants sellers wading in and spoiling the uplift, do they!)

I bought about a million at 1p a few months back which seemed a low to me. Last results going in the right direction. Australia, the key driver looks particularly good. The company grew in very similar circumstances the first time round. 2000-2003 recessionary talk was in the air, companies cut budgets and online grew as it offered low cost measurable marketing. The business does not have a track record of success once it has done well, however, it, and its management have a clear track record of building a company from low levels. Before the share price dived it went from 2 to 25p in three years. I believe there is a great chance dgm will deliver again, if not to the heady heights of the mid 20ps why not 10p+?

I see the Asia opportunity as similar to the UK 2000ish with one big difference. Asia has a lot more consumers and many more who are yet to consume online. dgm is benefiting from this already and may well score big over the next two years.

FYI - I own a substantial holding and have done for a long time.

One of those "forgotten" opportunities - it went wrong a few years ago, has had some growing up to do since then. I like the look of it now, bought in a few months ago. Am probably in profit, but more interested in seeing where Adrian can take this long term.

A penny is 100% higher than .5p, shuell.
As I think I posted here recently, I hear very good things about the Singapore operation, and Buzzard's post would seem to confirm it.

Do they really expect to get any trade with a spread of 44%?

No carver66, no danger of it flying upwards in the next few weeks, so you have plenty of time to prepare to start buying without any threat of loss of value!
Chums in Far East speak highly about the progress they are making.....seems they are well-regarded, unlike their catastrophes in UK a few years ago.

Keeping a watch on this one - could get interesting over the next 12 months. No rush to buy though........

Just peeped out for a second from under the duvet and what looks like a little staircase to heaven (rather than Hell!)seems to have appeared.
Now that is a novelty!

Who can predict anything any more......?.....but I agree that if this trend continues, and we get results in 6 months that show contnuing performance, 3p is far from impossible.
Back under the duvet.....

Yes but they are not at the moment unfortunately:

'The Group is currently trading slightly below EBITDA positive.'

"The strong performance from Australia in particular helped drive the Group into positive
EBITDA* for the last two months of the second
quarter."

Suggests they're not far off breakeven
