Don't you have something like 14 days in which to provide an update on holdings? It's possible that an existing large holder is selling now, but has new shares coming their way from the recent placing at 2p, so the net change on their holding will not be notifiable.

I actually predicted to wait for it to drop to 2.7 and go long from there when it was above 3.5p.I have taken my first long target today which was unfotunately little lower than what i was hoping for. I will reanalyse the market and have another plan for this. There may be another short term long opportunity if it falls below 2.7 p which is a possibility based on harmonics. If it holds 2.7p then there can be a long opportunity from that point. Will have wait and watch now.

Los Angeles, California: DDD Group has renewed its license agreement with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

The licence agreement has been extended until the end of 2016 and is for the continued use of DDD's TriDef® 2D to 3D technologies with Samsung's 3D video processing chips, which are used in Samsung Smart TVs and other Samsung 3D consumer products.

Chris Yewdall, Chief Executive of DDD, said:

"We are pleased that Samsung will continue to power it's Smart TVs with our TriDef 3D conversion solutions for the seventh consecutive year. Samsung has been a TriDef 3D licensee since pioneering the 3D TV market in 2010 and continues to provide diverse 3D content on their range of 3D TVs."

One of us will be right. betting on it does not change that. I have been following this company since before this thread was created. It has always seemed to me to be on the point of dying and still looks that way.

They will probably get a small sum of money and a promise to desist using the technology.

Of course, there is a much worse prospect. That would be DDD losing the case with LG allowed to continue using the technology and DDD ending up with a massive legal bill and also paying the other side's costs. Those costs could be enough to break the company.

That is not a good situation to risk buying stock!
