27/5/2013 17:18 | Another investor presentation up on the DDD website. No doubt CY will be telling a story of declining sales to the attendees. | ![]() bonio10000
21/5/2013 18:03 | During the large trades period it was falling. It is now rising. Is it possible that the MMs are gradually increasing the price to attract buyers. Only a bit more time will tell if it is going to crash again. | zipless
21/5/2013 15:18 | "The chances are that a lot of those trades were SELLS. Don't forget the share price has been falling"Zipless: Err.. The price has gone from a recent low of 13p to mid price today of 18p. I am not sure how you do the maths, but in my book that's a rise, not a fall, and in which world can these substantial orders be "sells" when they share price has been rising?. I think you will find the poster was referring to trades in the last few sessions, when the shares have been rising. | malhashemi
20/5/2013 20:18 | A bid would be too good to be true imo as it would likely put us out of our misery and if it was around 25p I would happily accept and move on with a small loss given the recent poor sentimentI know thats probably not sensible and im letting heart rule head but id rather accept most of my money back and move forward hopefully having learnt more lessons about the fickleness of the aim marketMy skepticism about a bid is because the company is likely too small for interest of pte equity type buyer and because they have agreements with a clutch of large licensees I think it unlikely a trade buyer would want to buy it because of existing license agreement s with competitors that it could be difficult to unwind easily | ![]() 21richyrich
20/5/2013 16:29 | Why? They know Q1 numbers so they would have to have advised the market by now, especially as such royalty reports make up all their revenue. So no basis for that imho. | ![]() bonio10000
20/5/2013 15:44 | I would be very skeptical about the possibility of a bidGiven the recent share price performance I would have thought a profit warning more likely | ![]() 21richyrich
20/5/2013 14:59 | "a preludue to a full offer" LOL The chances are that a lot of those trades were SELLS. Don't forget the share price has been falling! It may be large holders unloading their stakes. Target price still 3p. | zipless
19/5/2013 08:13 | The later of your statements. I presume DDD concentrate on certain areas, but are will to license the tech to 3rd parties in order for them to develop it. of course, they would then receive payment for any commercialisation. | ![]() bonio10000
19/5/2013 07:29 | Can somebody please explain what is inferred from the below statement? Are ddd saying that their product is being used within applications and they are not able to claim royalties at this point? Or that they are looking to move scope into applications? "With over 26 million 3D consumer products that include the Group's TriDef 3D technologies shipped by leading manufacturers since early 2010, there is now an established value for the internationally registered patent claims on which DDD's solutions have been founded. As new revenue streams continue to be developed, the Group expects that patent licensing revenue will grow as the Group establishes its patent rights with prospective licensees. The patent licensing program also has the potential to create licence and royalty revenue from applications in 3D markets that are outside the scope of the current technology licensing program. The Group is also in discussions with third party licensing specialists regarding partnerships that may help accelerate the contribution and growth of the patent licensing program." | ![]() poombear

17/5/2013 15:42 | DDD have always been bullish as are most tech companies. They stay like that up to the day they go under. | zipless

17/5/2013 14:18 | I have justified my price predictions a some time ago and don't feel the need to repeat myself. I suggest that you ignore my posts if you don't like them. DDD has been 3p before and I was not believed prior to that as it had been 52p. | zipless
17/5/2013 13:49 | Zipless .. If you are raising credibility then lets talk credibility; you keep touting your 3p price target yet not once - repeat not once - did you provide company specific valuation analysis to justify such a price target. You only keep repeating over and over the same point about 3D TV sales declining. You can't just say a stock is worth 3p without genuine rationale. Whether you are a shorter or deramper, or not , but you are certainly coming across that way when you cite a price target 80% below the current level with no justification.. | malhashemi
17/5/2013 13:40 | It is always easier to attack people personally if you don't like their views. Of course, it diminishes your own credibility when you do that. DDD has always attracted people who are in love with the technology but are poorly sighted regarding the business case for it. | zipless
17/5/2013 13:29 | Malhashemi It is difficult for a unbalanced person to have a balanced take..... DG | deltagirl
