09/5/2013 14:29 | It looks like the MMs have suckered in a couple of buyers by upping the price slightly. They must be sitting on quite a bit of stock that they have bought at a higher price. I think that once they have passed it on then this will continue down again. | zipless
09/5/2013 09:01 | Zippy we could break tht up port much sooner than you think.I would sell whilst you can I have seen this death spiral before.Sell up whilst you can...you won't be able to off lad this soon as no one will want it, | quilarvium
09/5/2013 08:56 | Omg this just keeps getting worse...below support level at 14p? Zipless a hero? | ![]() 21richyrich
09/5/2013 08:27 | What will happen if it gets to the next support level at 11p? If it goes below, then the next support is just over 7p. Currently the lowest price since 2010. | zipless
09/5/2013 07:33 | All bad news I'm afraid it does not bode well for this 3d duff company IMHO 3 pence may look over valued. | quilarvium
08/5/2013 09:44 | FYI all kendo is another quim ID | ![]() geheimnis2
08/5/2013 09:42 | Another sell gone through even lower on my screen.DDD are a risky expensive share to be in right know.IMHO I would wait till it drops to it true value of about 3pm.3D is and has never caught on the PC manufacturer market is finished as is the TV manufacturer market!Infact DDD may be finished along with it.IMHO a dreamers share and a dangerous dream to dream all the way to 3p. | ![]() kendonagasaki
07/5/2013 09:47 | There was a sell just now of 21,761 at 13.10p. That's a new low for a sell. | zipless
07/5/2013 08:10 | Down today already. 3p coming to a screen near you. Perhaps you might have a 3D PC and then you could watch the price fall in 3D. | zipless
07/5/2013 08:07 | I am glad as well. It is nice not to have to read your silly replies and ramping. | zipless
07/5/2013 08:02 | God I'm glad I have witless filtered. | sprydon
07/5/2013 07:58 | I doubt your figures, but apart from that DDD only have their chip in three makers' TVs. It. Is clear that broadcasters are backing away from 3D. Without 3D broadcasting there is really no point in a 3D TV. Yes you can watch a few 3D films on your TV that you might buy or rent. That supply will dry up pretty soon. It is a dying technology. It was always a gimmick anyway. Samsung may sign all sorts of deals with DDD. It is small change for them. If you are currently putting the chips in your TVs then why not have agreements in place. | zipless
07/5/2013 06:51 | Zip I know this is a waste of time, but sales of 3D TVs doubled in 2012 to represent 25% of all tv's sold. In 2013 they are expected to take somewhere in the region of 40% of all tv's sold. So to suggest poor take up is wrong and deliberately misleading, which is always your agenda. And DDD have the three biggest sellers of tv's in the world as customers, Samsung, Sony and LG. For mobiles and tablets, I say watch this space as glasses free 3D could be a major boon in the next few years. Happy to conceed that is far from proved at the moment. But you need to ask yourself why Samsung have just signed a patent licence deal with DDD. | ![]() poombear
06/5/2013 22:41 | 3D tablets are even more silly than 3D TVs. Once again DDD is being used to potentially con punters into buying a 3D product that has no 3D content for it. I say potentially because the public don't seem to be that gullible as witness by the poor take up of 3D TVs. Some Chinese maker of tablets is no big deal. There are dozens of Chinese makes of tablets and their sales are minute compared to the major players. Sounds like a non event once again for DDD. 3p on the way! | zipless
06/5/2013 20:53 | Lol hangover cometh Just for the avoidance of doubt re:Blnx, I bought at an average price of 24p and sold the lot for 137p. I reinvested at 66p. (sp now 94p) I have always been very open with fellow posters about my investment and never ramp nor deramp. | ![]() geheimnis2
06/5/2013 09:17 | The TV makers seem to have accepted that 3D is a dying technology as they don't market it anymore. I agree that UHD is an expensive technology, but that is where TV companies are putting their marketing effort. I posted a link somewhere above to a BBC Click program that covered the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in the US. It is the biggest showcase for TVs and gadgets in the world. The BBC program was commenting on the fact that not a single stand had anything to do with 3D. The buzz was all about UHD from every TV maker. The programming also commented that the general feeling amongst TV makers, was that 3D was on the way out. If DDD is doing so well, why do they only have 3 TV makers using their technology? There is a large number of other TV makers who don't use DDD. It doesn't matter how big the current 3D market is. What matters is how many 3D TVs these 3 companies sell. Talking about the whole 3D market is a false argument. The 2D to 3D conversion process is not needed for display of real 3D. That means it is a gimmick to get people to buy 3D sets. If 3D sets became the norm, as a few deluded people here think, then the TV makers would not bother to add DDD's kit to their sets as the sets would be selling anyway. The other TV makers are selling their sets without DDD. | zipless

05/5/2013 11:53 | Poombear Zips has been trolling these boards for over a decade. Nothing will stop him. He has made a number of wildly incorrect calls including trolling IMG for years. He also regularly trolls Blnx with 3p price targets. Just ignore the idiot. Quil is a different kettle of fish - a buffoon who posts wild rampy/derampy drivel with no credibility whatsoever. Also just ignore. | ![]() geheimnis2
05/5/2013 11:34 | And how much will a new uhd set you back, thousands. And how long until they become mainstream, years. And there is no reason to assume they will not require DDD tech for 2D - 3D conversion. As has been said 3D is no longer new tech used to sell higher priced flagship models. It has become a standard offering, meaning a much higher volume of sales, you have got it wrong. And as I have been watching for over a year a bit of a troll. What is your interest here? | ![]() poombear
05/5/2013 10:40 | The above information is NOT facts. It was opinion. The comments above even said, "Despite some industry sentiment that the 3D bubble has burst.." The reality is that the TV makers are only pushing UHD. 3D doesn't figure in any of their marketing. The people commenting above have vested interests in wanting 3D to be successful. 3D TV is a minor niche technology and as such it will fail. Who is making content for broadcast? The answer is almost no one. There is some sport and a few specials and that is it. 3D TV programs cost a lot more to make and there is no increased revenue from them when broadcast, there why would producer use anything except normal TV methods. | zipless
05/5/2013 10:35 | I bought in at 15p last week having had DDD on my watchlist for 5 years, and have been following with a view to buying for nearly 2 years. Some chartists feel that with the 16p support being breached, we could test the support at 11p from late 2009/early 2010, but I feel that the current price of 14.5p could actually be the basis of a new support level, as it twice acted as a significant resistance point in mid 2009 before the share price consolidated around 15p, at which point it was dropped to 11p for MM's to load up on cheap shares before it rallied to 20p+ and then 30p+ later in the year. If we don't get any news in the short-term to attract new buyers and give additional exposure, cementing the support at 14.5p, we could find the share price drifting towards that 11p area. If it does I will be looking to free up some capital to increase my holding. DDD is worth at least 20p per share IMO, so the further it drifts from that level, the better the value on offer. | ![]() faz147
05/5/2013 10:02 | Isn't the market forecast to have c. 40% growth p.a. for the next 3 years? That's a lot of growth to DDD's botton line. | ![]() bonio10000
05/5/2013 09:26 | Thanks poombear Good to have some facts Zips/quim - do stop being so silly. | ![]() geheimnis2 |
