Previous results were on the 2nd and 3rd of June so results next week will be the
same date so not a big deal they have not given the exact date.

Looking forward to these results to see if there is any life again in the company.

The conversion note news is standard and neutral

I can only think that they do not wish to have any more share dilution, while the share price is recovering.
Results, reduced loss for the year, no bank loan, growing business going forward into 2015 should be good.

Change of Convertible Loan Note terms







DCD Media Plc today announces that it has agreed with Timeweave Ltd and Henderson*, together being the Special Majority Noteholders, that the conversion date of the 2013 Convertible Loan Note Instrument will be extended from 30 May 2015 to such further date as agreed by the Majority Noteholders.





DCD Media also announces that its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be released next week.





* "Henderson" means together Henderson Global Investors Limited and certain funds managed by Henderson Alternative Investment Advisor Limited

massive upside if we get back to the 10m market cap which is very feasible

pre share consolodation the market cap here was £10M... now the fundamnetals are much stronger and company looks to be turning its long awaited corner, just read through previous releases. I bought in here over 500p a month back and happy holding to see a multibagging return on that.

Has anyone else noticed that the shares in free float appear to have dropped from ~ 88,000 to ~ 85,000?..

Yes indeed. What does DCD have to do to get noticed and for the share price to start rising a little apart of course from showing a reduced loss and move into profit at next results.. I for one believe it will .. I assume it is the same seller who has sold in blocks of 500 & 1000 for past few months? Really shaken or faith... DYOR
